Spirit Halloween After-Halloween Sale 2026: 2 Last Days at 1,457 Stores

When the post-Halloween shopping happens, which stores get it, how many hours your store has left, and what you can and can't take back.

When does the Spirit Halloween after-Halloween sale start?

The only after-Halloween days are Sunday, November 1 and Monday, November 2, at 1,457 stores in all 50 states. Spirit hasn't announced a 2026 clearance date, so any markdown would fall inside those two days. The finder above counts down to them based on your device time and shows your store's hours.

• Halloween itself: Saturday, October 31, every store is open, 1,405 of them from 8 AM to 9 PM.
• Last day of the season: Monday, November 2. No store reopens as Spirit Halloween after that date.

How much does Spirit Halloween mark down after Halloween?

Spirit doesn't publish its post-Halloween markdowns, and none were posted for 2026 as of October 19, 2026. Deal sites quote anything from 25% to 75% off, but those figures don't come from Spirit and don't agree with each other. Expect the cut, and what's left on the shelves, to depend on your store.

What is posted today is Spirit's online Sale section, split into Animatronics, Decorations, Adult Costumes, Kids Costumes and Accessories, plus 25% off a range of costumes and accessories. Several animatronics already carry October sale prices, so compare against this year's animatronic lineup before you wait for November.

How many hours do you get to shop the sale at your store?

At 1,361 stores, 20 hours: 9 AM to 7 PM on Sunday, November 1, then 9 AM to 7 PM on Monday, November 2. Stores with shorter Sunday or Monday hours have less, as little as 10 hours, and 15 with later Monday hours get more. The 39 stores that close on Halloween night have none.

Which Spirit Halloween stores have no after-Halloween sale?

39 stores in 15 states close for good on Halloween night, Saturday, October 31, so they get no November days. Each one has another Spirit Halloween that stays open on November 1 and 2: half are 5.6 miles away or less, and 31 of the 39 are within 10 miles.

Distances are straight-line miles between the two stores; the drive is longer.

Can you return or exchange something bought on clearance?

No. In stores, every sale after Thursday, October 22, is final, so nothing bought on November 1 or 2 can come back, not even for another size. Spirit's terms also list clearance merchandise as non-returnable. The one exception is an online order that arrives broken or wrong: Spirit still takes those within 30 days.

Which Spirit Halloween discounts still work on November 1 and 2?

Fewer than you'd think. The 10-for-10 Spirit of Children coupon, 10% off your whole purchase, ends on Saturday, October 31, so it can't be used on the two after-Halloween days. Online, the 25% Sale section has no posted end date. Any new in-store offer for November would come from Spirit's own offers panel.

• Use the coupon by Halloween: if you want 10% off and the matching donation, it has to be on Saturday, October 31, or earlier.
• One code per order: Spirit takes a single promo code, and some large animatronics are excluded from codes.

Can you shop Spirit's sale online once the stores close?

Yes. Spirit's website isn't tied to the store season: its Sale section and a Christmas section are live now, and Spirit accepts online returns of holiday items postmarked before December 24, 2026. What you lose online is the chance to see the item first, and shipping costs can eat a discount on a large piece.

• Shipping isn't refunded: on an online return, Spirit keeps the original shipping charge and you pay to send it back.
• Spirit Christmas stores: 38 of the 39 stores that close on Halloween reopen as Christmas shops on November 6, with their own return dates.

How do you plan the last two days of the season?

Look up your store in the finder first: it shows whether you get both days, one day or none, and the hours for each. If your store opens both days, Sunday gives you the widest choice and Monday is a second try. Monday, November 2, is the final chance, and the doors close at that day's closing time.

1. Check the day: search your city or ZIP above, or tap Near Me.
2. Closes Oct 31? The row shows the nearest store open after Halloween and its distance.
3. Bring a list: sizes, measurements for decorations and the outlet you'll plug an animatronic into, since nothing goes back.
4. Call first if it matters: Spirit's central store line is (855) 704-2669.
